Revlon Peach Glow Highlighting Palette (Rs 950) available at Revlon CountersComplementary shimmer shades blend to enhance the complexion for a radiant, sun-kissed look. Easy to blend, buildable color gives a multi-dimensional, sculpted look.
I like highlighters but not just any, my specifications are countless. I generally don’t prefer powder highlighters but this was one damn good looking one and I had to pick it up. I bought Revlon Highlighting Palette along with Revlon Wine Not Blush.
Revlon has recently launched Highlighting Palettes in 3 shades – Rose Glow, Peach Glow & Bronze Glow. It means brand has covered everyone. Due to unavailability of tester I had to pick a safe color and thus Peach Glow came home with me.
Shade – Revlon Peach Glow Highlighting Palette has 5 strips of different shades. Most of them are variations of yellow gold, peach and copper. I assumed that since I want a subtle highlighter this one would be a good choice and wouldn’t look too obvious. Revlon Peach Glow would compliment medium skintones well. Texture & Formula – Revlon Peach Glow Highlighting Palette has a soft buttery smooth texture. Despite of being loaded with shimmers it doesn’t feel gritty. However with each sweep of brush I can see fallouts, but that’s the issue with lots of drugstore highlighters. I was using Essence Highlighter before but this one is better because of warm tones. Highlighting Powder does emphasize pores and they look large. If you are looking for just right amount of highlight for daytime or night, this palette is an excellent choice. Shimmers are finely milled and don’t look chunky.
Pigmentation – Revlon Peach Glow Highlighting Palette is quite pigmented and I mostly use top 3 shades.Staying Power – Revlon Highlighting Palette has average staying power. It stays on for good 5 hours and then fades away.
Overall Thoughts
If you are looking for a subtle highlighter that looks amazing without being powdery or too shimmery, try Revlon Peach Glow Highlighting Palette. Its expensive but one palette going to last you a long time. You can choose shade according to your skin tone and peach glow will suit medium skin tone very well. I have no complaints as such except for the price.

Another BB shimmer brick dupe! This seems nice but I don’t like that it has fallouts and emphasizes pores 🙁
