Banana is the first food that babies are introduced to. So, our relationship with bananas begins right from our baby hood. Banana is considered a good health food and is highly voted for all its health benefits. Banana has numerous beauty benefits too.  It is one of the choicest products when it comes to skin care and hair care.Banana pulp and Peel for Skin Pigmentation (2)The pulp of the banana has great moisturizing property. The pulp alone will nourish the skin and hair strands too when used as pack/mask. 

The peel of the banana is not to be left behind. It has great anti-oxidant properties. The freshly opened peel of the banana is of great use to the skin. Acnes, rashes, skin irritations, pigmentations are best treated with banana peel. Just, rubbing the inner side of the peel on to the skin makes wonders to the skin.

The DIY method of treatment in discussion here is for pigmentation on the skin. The treatment involves preparation of spot application product from banana pulp and banana peel.

Ingredients:

  • One small piece of ripe babana.
  • And the peel of the banana (freshly opened)

Procedure:

Mash the banana piece with some pressure. Make a thick paste like pulp of the fruit.Banana pulp and Peel for Skin Pigmentation (1)Now, with a blunt knife scrap at the inner side of the peel; and add the scrapped peel to the mashed banana pulp.Banana pulp and Peel for Skin Pigmentation (3)Mix well.

Usage:

  • The mixed inside of the peel and the banana pulp is a perfect treatment for skin pigmentation.
  • Just make spot application of this product where ever needed on your face/skin.
  • Leave for at least one hour and wash off.
  • If you follow this religiously without fail for at least two weeks, you will observe a drastic change in the skin.
