Pond’s white beauty BB+ fairness cream gives instant natural coverage and advanced sunscreen protection, in addition to superior skin lightening and brightening benefits. Provide’s multi – targeted coverage with skin lightening benefits that lasts throughout the day.Ponds white beauty BB cream review (3)I really liked the packaging of Ponds White Beauty BB Cream. It doesn’t look cheap at all (Considering the kind of price tag it comes with).

After using number of BB creams in past I was little hesitant to try it. Reason being, no matter how moisturising they would have claimed to be, I always ended up with dry patches highlighted or half of them didn’t have shades to suit my complexion. Ponds white beauty BB cream review (4)Shade – Ponds White Beauty BB Cream comes in only one shade and that can be named as the biggest drawback, no matter how adaptable a formula is, one shade doesn’t work for all. This one shade may look “White”/ light on some. On me I have to keep blending till the product sinks in completely, it doesn’t look white or lighter but at the same time doesn’t matched me completely (hope I am making sense). So the shade would suit fair to medium complexions better than medium to deeper.

Texture & Formula – I found the product pretty easy to blend though for the shade to sink / match your complexion, one needs to keep on blending. The formula is moisturizing and doesn’t highlight dry patches, and that’s a huge plus for me ! Though I can see it making me look shiny / greasy after an hour of application (I have dry skin and this is surprising). So in my humble opinion it may look oily or greasy on combination to oily skin.Ponds white beauty BB cream review (6)Coverage – It provides light to medium coverage. With this on I don’t reach out for concealer. It definitely evens out skin tone.

I liked the fact that Ponds White Beauty BB Cream comes with SPF 30 and that means no additional sunscreen is required !! The formula feels light but needs to be set with powder to avoid looking shiny !Ponds white beauty BB cream review (7)

What I liked

  1. Easy to blend formula, doesn’t sit on the top of the skin.
  2. Has SPF 30 PA++ , so no additional sunscreen required. Skin can breath through.
  3. Dry skin girls can happily wear it, BB cream doesn’t highlight dry patches.
  4. Evens out skin.
  5. Travel friendly packaging.
  6. Wouldn’t clog pores (as written on the pack) so safe for acne prone skin.

Areas Of Improvement

  1. Makes skin shiny/ greasy.
  2. Doesn’t work on dark spots.
  3. Comes only in one shade that might look light on deeper complexions.

Overall Thoughts

By far this is the only BB cream that I am comfortable wearing. It doesn’t cling on to dry patches and keeps skin moisturized. With SPF 30, I can skip wearing sunscreen (which I absolutely detest wearing). It evens out skin tone and provides light to medium coverage. Talk about the downsides and I would point out at the way it makes me shiny and the fact that it comes only in one shade !
