I saw Origins GinZing Refreshing Scrub Cleanser on my favourite blogger’s beauty awards and not once but twice . That’s what made me curious and I picked this recently. I don’t say that am super impressed but this is nothing short of magic to me.

My skin type – I have combination to oily skin which is little dry on cheeks and oily on T zone. I prefer to use exfoliators instead of harsh scrubs and non foaming products but due to much hype I picked this scrub.

How do I use the product – It is basically a gel based cleanser with mild exfoliating beads which they claim to be COFFEE BEANS. If I want mild exfoliation I use it on wet faced, if am in hurry and don’t use any toners. I use this on dry face for more effective results, it doesn’t feel scratchy at all as the beads are soft and foams up. The light orange cleanser scrub has very refreshing citrus fragrance to it, which is very addictive.

The after effects on my skin – My skin looks squeaky clean , soft and bouncy. If I want mild exfoliation I use it on wet faced , if am in hurry and don’t use any acid toners I use this on dry face for more effective results .

Packaging – Origins GinZing Refreshing Scrub Cleanser comes in transparent plastic squeeze top tube, which is bulky and is not a handy option if you are travelling. Nevertheless it is very hygienic and keeps the product in good shape for long time due to minimal air exposure.

Overall thoughts

I’m pretty much bowled over with the price tag of the scrub cleanser, Origins GinZing Refreshing Scrub Cleanser is decently priced product which gives nice results. I’m almost on the verge of quitting using scrub cleansers but this is something I would like to keep in my stash. If am in hurry and needs a mild exfoliation plus not to forget the decent price tag it comes with.
