Oriflame The One Colour Impact Cream eyeshadows are a part of Oriflame The One makeup range. You can check out reviews of The One Foundation, Concealer & Lipsticks that I did sometime back.

Oriflame The One Cream eyeshadows come in plastic round pots with names written on the bottom of the pot. I have two shades with me to review today.

Shade – Oriflame Golden Brown is a beautiful golden brown shade, it has golden flecks in it that look beautiful when applied on the top of a black eyeshadow base. Intense Plum is another pretty shade that can also be layered lightly for a daytime smokey look, I use it on top of a black base and it makes the color pop.

Texture & Formula – Texture of both the eyeshadows is very creamy and buttery soft. It glides and blends swiftly. I apply it with my fingers and blend them with a nice fluffy eyeshadow blending brush. Despite of being shimmery formulas none of them feel gritty or chunky and look absolutely beautiful upon application. Both the shades are perfect for Indian complexion.Pigmentation – Oriflame The One Cream Eye shadows are sheer but buildable, I have to layer these at least  thrice to get opaque finish. Using a colored , especially black eyeshadow base works very well.

Staying Power – These eyeshadows stay on for good 7+ hours without creasing. I have worn these without an eyeshadow primer also and the staying power is commendable even in that case.

Overall Thoughts

I am in love with the texture and staying power of Oriflame The One Colour Impact Cream Eyeshadows. There are number of shades to choose from and these work amazingly as a base or an all over eyeshadow. Both Golden Brown & Intense plum are my favorite shades these days and work very well with almost any lip shade. Only downside is the sheerness of the formula but layering it solves the issue.
