Oriflame Giordani Gold CC Cream is the latest launch by Oriflame. It is available in two shades.
Packaging- The product is packed in a flesh-tint tube with a black cap.
Shade- The product is tinted with very slight warm undertone to it. It can almost be passed off as neutral undertone but definitely not a pink undertone cream. Thank God it is such because I have warm undertones and fear my bb/cc cream/ foundations might have pink undertones spoiling the whole purpose.
Texture- Oriflame Giordani Gold CC Cream is very creamy and smooth and a dream to touch and blend. It goes on effortlessly but the feel is not silicon-y, much to my relief. It is very moisturizing and is perfect for all skin types. Setting with a powder is must for oily skinned people.
I usually top it up with a powder and then apply a little more in the portions I want to highlight. It very subtly highlights my face. It is mildly scented.
Pigmentation & Finish– The cream gives a beautiful healthy glow to the face which I am loving currently as the dry days draw nearer. It covers redness of my face and imparts a healthy natural look to my face. I love how natural it looks and blends in with the rest of my body.
I don’t have severe skin problems hence I look to avoid foundation as much as I can, however to conceal my redness I need to use something and this CC Cream perfectly fits the bill.
Staying Power– It stays on me for about 5-6 hours with powder layer on top. Fair enough for me as I hate how different foundations crumble and crease after few hours of application, but this one does not. Plus for a cc cream it is quite long staying. I absolutely loved the formula and its lightweight feel on me. And 40 ml of product will go a long way too.
Oriflame Giordani Gold CC Cream (Price 999INR for 40ml)
Overall Thoughts
I loved the Oriflame Giordani Gold CC Cream from the deepest bottom of my heart. I have ditched my regular foundations as I have found my new best friend. I was looking for a long staying tinted moisturizer as I do not like the feel of foundation on my skin all the time and am glad this one suited me. Even though the price is steep I still recommend it as you will not regret even one bit after using it.
Rating- 4.5/5
