My Experience

I found India Circus easy to navigate and very well categorised. What I liked the most is the Indian-ness that reflects from each and every design/ piece whether its a cushion cover or a bag. I had a tough time deciding what to chose and what no to.

The India Circus product range includes Home Decor, Furniture, Dinning Accessories, Personal Accessories, Stationary, Apparel & Fabrics

On the home page you get an option to shop by categories or collections (the bird project, the pop shop). I really liked the way each product has been named, Uniquely ! They have quirky names of all the products/ designs..

After browsing through for hours and drooling over everything, I decided to go for Jalebi Tring-Tring ipad Sleeve &Once you chose a product click on it and that will take you through the details page, where you can read more about the product, pricing, pictures & delivery time. What you see is what you get. Pictures are of high quality.

I also got Neo Nawab Rustic Glass Candle with Steel Lid- Ocean Breeze ScentedI tried to place the order on 29th May and waited for them to deliver the products. I chose Jalebi Tring Tring Ipad Sleeve and Jalebi Owl Bag, but due to some technical issues the ‘redeem voucher’ option lead me no where. I tried again but couldn’t finish/ submit my order. I received a call from their customer service team immediately enquiring about the pending/ unfinished order and placed the order on my behalf.

After waiting till 7th June when order didn’t get delivered, I wrote a mail to their customer care team. Someone from the team called back immediately and told me that Jalebi Owl bag wasn’t in stock when the order was placed and due to some technical issues same didn’t reflect there. He told me that it will be in stock soon and will be delivered in next 5 days. After sometime another executive calls and tells me that the bag wouldn’t be in stock anytime soon and due to that whole order might get delayed for another 10-15 days. I decided to change the order and replaced Jalebi Owl bag with Neo Nawab Candle.

2. Despite of the contemporary and unique designs products are priced decently.
3. Website is easy to browse through.

Areas of Improvement

1. Those technical issues consume lot of time and increase the delivery time, though I am really impressed with the way team follows up immediately.

Overall I loved the uniqueness of their designs and will definitely shop from them real soon. I am eyeing this beautiful wall art next.
