NYX Prague Soft Matte Lip Cream Review Photos Price

NYX products have always impressed me with the amazing quality they deliver at an affordable price, though it is ridiculously priced in India. There are many websites that have stocked NYX now in India and make it easily reachable. NYX soft matte lip cream is one of their best sellers and I have loved using the shade San Paulo years ago. Shade – NYX has launched a few more beautiful new shades in this range and I recently picked up three of them. Nyx Prague is a beautiful berry pink that looks great on all skin tones. I love the way these are named after such beautiful destinations that I would love to visit some day.

Texture & Formula – It has the same buttery texture like the normal soft matte lip creams. While I faced flaking issues after sometime with San Paulo, I was surprised to find that Prague does not cause any such problem so they have definitely improved the formula.

It is creamy and smooth to apply. The packaging is cute and travel friendly. It comes with an applicator. The brush is just  of the perfect height and size. Within seconds of application, it sets to a beautiful matte finish.

Staying Power – The staying power of NYX Prague soft matte lip cream is incredible. It can survive light snacks and drinks without much fading. However, most of the lip stains start fading from the outer corner so I make sure I first line the lips and then top it off with this lip cream. That ensures it does not look odd on the outer corners.

Shade wise, I would say Prague is a shade or two darker than Nyx San Paulo but definitely a must have for pink lovers. It just brightens the face instantly and so easily wearable.

My lips are normal and I find this to be very light weight and non -drying. However, if you have dry lips, I would suggest you use a lip scrub and lip balm, wait for a few seconds and then apply it.

Overall Thoughts

NYX Prague Soft matte lip cream  is definitely worth a pick if you like wearing pink lipsticks. It feels light on the lips and not really drying. The shade is definitely a must have in your kit.
