As much as I love to wear waterproof long wearing eye makeup, removing it completely puts me off. The time and rubbing it involves is tortuous. Now coming to the efficacy, I am super impressed. This makeup remover removes even the toughest of mascaras, eyeshadow base , or eyeliner in single swipe ! I saturate two cotton rounds with this fluid and place them on my eyelids gently, and after waiting for 10 seconds, remove them by pressing lightly on the eyes. This way you don’t have to keep rubbing the eyes and it dilutes / breaks down the makeup and cleans it completely. Also I have used it on waterline and well and it doesn’t irritate my eyes.

There is something oil like in there which removes liquid long staying lipsticks as well. So not only for eyes but you can use it to remove makeup from entire face ! And since it is oil free, it shouldn’t break you out.

I am very impressed with the performance and effectiveness of Neutrogena Oil Free Eye Makeup Remover. This is one of the best affordable makeup removers I have tried till date. The liquid removes every trace of makeup in seconds without rubbing or tugging. Also since a little goes a long way this 162 ml bottle should last me 3-4 months at least.
