How many of you include toner in your night time  skincare regime ? well I  personally did not include toner in my routine until I realized the difference after using it. Having blessed with oily acne prone skin and heavy occurrence of black heads attracted me to buy a toner. Although I also had the believe that the toners  should be used by people who have oily or acne-prone skin, this is because it will help close open pores and prevent dirt from clogging them. The Neutrogena Deep Clean Blackhead Eliminating Cooling Toner did attract me as it was written that’s it’s a deep clean blackhead eliminating cooling toner so it just caught my eyes ..

Packaging :- This toner comes in white plastic bottle with yellow flip cap  which has tiny hole in the middle  to acquire the proper amount  and the cap is pretty tight if not closed properly can cause leakage.

Texture :- Its texture  and color is similar to water .It has a strong medicinal smell to it. I use it after washing my face , just dab the toner on a cotton ball and pressed it gently into my Tzone , concentrating on my acne occurrence areas more  plus  on my blackheads and  I could see that my cotton pad  did have some leftover dirt  . Being a first time user of a toner was pretty happy to see the residue , it dint give me any burning sensation ,in fact it provided a cooling effect on my skin .

I would not suggest to use this toner during the day light  due to presence of salicylic acid as it may irritate the skin . I Used it for few weeks and  I can see that my blackheads are now less visible but it hasn’t completely eliminate them [ which it claims] and also it kept my skin oil free and  due to presence of salicylic acid it did lower the occurrence of acne too.

Overall Thoughts

One can never complain about Neutrogena skin care products , this toner is impressive as it  is mild , it clears out the skin, gives a cooling effect, makes blackheads less visible and is apt for oily acne prone skin . After including it in my night time regime I could definitely make out the difference it made , I would definitely suggest Neutrogena Deep Clean Blackhead Eliminating Cooling Toner to people who want to improve their skin , this can be  good for sensitive skin as well ,   for people who do not like to compromise with their  skin  can go for it.
