NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer Ginger Review Swatches Photo

As much as I love NARS lipsticks, blushes and shadows, am slowly getting into their base makeup and have shared the loose powder with you long back and today am sharing their much raved about Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer which I picked sometime last year. I don’t have prominent dark circles and hence needs a light coverage, I go for my skin tone concealer but would like to try the lighter shade in future for highlighting.

Shade – I’m NC 37 – 40 in MAC and NARS shade in ginger suits me pretty well and look like my own skin but healthy. There is little sheerness to it but can be build up to get the desired coverage. NARS Ginger is described as golden undertones for medium complexion and I find this very accurate for my skin tone.

Texture – The texture is very light weight , not runny nor too thick. It spread easily and provides medium coverage , the texture and finish is ideal if you have dry under eyes as it is very hydrating but doesn’t settle in fine lines .

Coverage – NARS Radiant creamy concealer covers any pigmentation under my eyes with so much ease, but for spot concealing it is little less pigmented. I use this for under eyes most of the times and pretty much love the sheerness and light weight feel it gives.

Staying Power – I always use a good eye cream before applying this and set with loose powder and my under eyes are set for 7 – 8 hrs easily with mild fading after that , that is not much noticeable .

Overall Thoughts

I am really happy with the finish and the texture of the light weight NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer. I would even buy a highlighting concealer soon from this range to brighten up the eyes. They set pretty well and doesn’t move or settle in fine lines plus not to forget the hydration and the vast shade selection.
