I love to use hot tools on my hair therefore a heat protectant has a permanent place in my dresser. I was looking out for a good heat protectant in spray form after using up Sunsilk Keratinology Heat Protector Spray, I was on a look out for another one since its no longer available anywhere. During my visit to Taj Salon I decided to pick Moroccanoil Heat Protectant and have been using it ever since.

Best part about this product is that it comes in a sturdy spray bottle and product comes out in the form of mist. Generally after washing my hair I apply Moroccanoil Treatment on towel dried hair and then follow up with this heat protectant spray, spraying it evenly all over my hair. Then I use a comb to distribute it evenly and then blow dry or straighten my hair. I use straightener only on dry hair, since using it on damp hair causes hair breakage.

The formula is light and doesn’t weigh down hair. It doesn’t make my hair sticky or greasy, and protects them from heat damage. What I love the most is that my hair never feel stiff after using it , which is the case with most of the heat protectant sprays that I have used so far. My hair look and feel very much flexible and soft.

I also like the scent of this product, its light and nice, and stays on till next wash, keeping my hair fresh. I am sure this 250 ml can will last me good 3 months.

If you are on a hunt for good Heat Protectant, Moroccanoil Heat Styling Protection is worth spending money on. The formula doesn’t weigh my hair down nor it makes them greasy. However one should be careful while using any heat protectant formula and try to apply it on small sections so that it is distributed evenly without making hair greasy. I will surely repurchase it.
