Maybelline Inti Matte Nudes Lipstick Review Swatches Price

Maybelline has launched quite a lot of new products recently like Gigi-Hadid collection and Inti Matte Nudes Lipstick range. I did pick a few from latter since gig-hadid collection appeared total dud to me. The brand has also launched city-mini palettes and I have one of them as well. But today we are going to talk about Maybelline Inti Matte Nudes Lipsticks.

Warm up to the perfect matte nude lip with Maybelline New York Inti Matte Nude Lipstick. This range comprises of warmer, more sensational nudes for every skin tone. Inti-Matte Nude lipstick features warm, golden pigments that enrich your natural lip color. Pucker up to radiant, confident color that highlights one’s natural beauty with this amazing offering!

Within the range few are from creamy matte finish and few from powder matte, which is strange. Also on the label none of them have inti matte nude mentioned. That made me wonder whether there was a new range or these are the remaining shades from both the previously launched collections ? What do you think ?

Packaging is similar to regular color sensational lipsticks. I have 7 shades out of which 5 have nude cap and rest have deep burgundy caps.

1. Raw Cocoa – Neutral Brown
2. Toasted Brown – Peachy Brown
3. Chili Nude – Burnt Orange Red
4. Pretty Please – Wine Red
5. Rosewood Red – Burgundy Red
6. Walnut – Dark Brown
7. Honey Cherry – Berry Red

Now the collection is supposed to have warm nude shades for everyone. However I feel this has more dark shades than nude. I liked Toasted Brown & Raw Cocoa, both the shades are good for medium-deep complexions. Toasted almond would need a lip liner if you have darker complexion.

Texture & Formula – I like both creamy matte & powder matte finishes in maybelline. The Maybelline Inti Matte Nudes Lipsticks have a smooth texture that glides on easily without tugging or pulling. None of the shades are too creamy or slippery.

Formula feels comfortable on the lips and stays put for a long time. None of the shades settle into lip lines.

Pigmentation – All the shades are quite pigmented and offer opaque coverage in two swipes.

Staying Power – The staying power varies. Darker shades last a long time (4-6 hours.)

Overall Thoughts

If you like creamy matte & powder matte lipsticks from maybelline then you can get few more shades from this range. The formula is no different and shade range has more dark shades than nudes.
