I am hooked on to Maybelline Baby Lips Lip Balms every since they launched in India two years back. I have already tried Maybelline Baby Lips Anti Oxidant Berry, Tangerine Pop, Baby Lips Bright Collection Pink Peony, and Baby Lips Rose Addict & Mango Pie.

When I heard that there has been a recent addition to Baby lips range I couldn’t stop myself from rushing to my nearest store. Surprisingly they had only two shades left in stock – Berry Pop & Fierce N Tangy, I picked Berry Pop only since Fierce N Tangy wasn’t my kind of shade.

Maybelline Electro Pop Lip Balms are available in 4 shades – Berry Pop, Fierce N Tangy, Pink Shock & oh! Orange.

Berry Pop – A beautiful sheer berry shade.

Fierce N Tangy – It looks yellow in tube, but almost clear on swatch

Pink Shock* – Neon Pink in tube, sheer pink on Lips

Oh! Orange* – Neon Orange, sheer orange on Lips

Color payoff varies from color to color, Berry Pop & Oh! Orange are sheer but Pink Shock is nicely pigmented.

I like the packaging also, bright neon fun cap, however some amount of bullet is always sticking out of the case and you have to be very careful while putting the cap back.

I find the formula of Electro Pop Lips Balm quite moisturizing. It keeps lips soft without being sticky or heavy. For day time I always prefer tinted lip balms over non-tinted ones.

Overall Thoughts

Maybelline Electro Pop Lip Balms have become my favorite lip balms these days. My favorite are Berry Pop & Pink Shock however if your lips aren’t dark or pigmented Oh! Orange would look equally good.
