Maybelline Dream Touch Blush (Rs 375 for 7.5 g) available at NykaaMaybelline Dream Touch Blush No 7 Review Swatches Photos (2)Maybelline Dream Touch Blush No 7 Review Swatches Photos (1)As per Maybelline

  • Ultra soft cream-whipped blush
  • Refined color pigments for better color payoff
  • Ultra blendable, it melts into your skin effortlessly
  • A lighter than air fell on skin and an all-day freshly applied look.

Packaging is simple round glass pot, that feels pretty heavy.

Shade – Maybelline Dream Touch Blush 7 is plum based pink blush with loads of silver shimmers. The color hardly show up on my medium to deep complexion. However this shade would look beautiful on fair to medium complexion.

Texture & Formula – Maybelline Dream Touch Blush 7 has a smooth texture. It applies and blends easily whether you use brush or fingers. It has quite a lot of silver shimmer that doesn’t feel gritty, but yes that travels all over the face. Like I mentioned the color is too light for me and hardly shows up even if I layer it. Formula has a silky soft finish.

Pigmentation – It doesn’t have great pigmentation. On me it hardly shows up, this shade might look good on fair to medium skin tones. This particular shade can work on girls who like to wear highlighter.

Staying Power – Maybelline Dream Touch Blush 7 stays on for 4-5 hours max. After that color disappears leaving all that shimmer behind.

Negatives-

  1. Bulky packaging.
  2. Shade doesn’t show up well.
  3. Too shimmery

Overall Thoughts

A beautiful plum pink blush that looks good on pan but doesn’t show up on me. Formula is silky smooth and soft to blend. Maybelline Dream Touch Blush 7 blends easily with fingers or brush. Staying power is average and it stays on me for good 4-5 hours. I am not into shimmery blushes and this one is loaded with silver shimmers. Not recommended to those who can’t carry shimmer overdoze. Also I find the glass jar packaging a bit bulky.

Just not my thing… I actually used to be a major fan of the Apricot Flush blush from Maybelline, but they discontinued it.
