How many liners are enough for one person? Well I have 5 in my drawer at the moment, and I am quite partial to felt tip ones. I saw Maybelline The Colossal Liner in store and picked it without thinking twice.
I have used Maybelline Hypersharp Liner before and loved it totally. This time the formula is matte and intense black, a combination I absolutely love. People around me love glossy formulas, and I am a sucker for matte finishes.
I like the tip which is flexible and pointy enough to give a precise fine line , tilt it slightly while lining your eyes and you can get slightly thicker finish. The Colossal liner dries in seconds and sets immediately. I have been using it a lot in my videos recently and love how it goes on smoothly even when you have eyeshadow applied. Tip is soft and doesn’t scratch eyelids. It stays soaked in the liquid and you don’t really have to go back and forth to get an opaque finish. One stroke is more than enough. 
Maybelline The Colossal Liner isn’t waterproof or long wearing. It is smudge proof but if you accidentally rub your eyes, the formula gets rubbed off, also by the end of the day I can see it fading from the outer corner of my eyes which isn’t a big issue since the staying power is really good (5-7 hours). The non-waterproof formula makes it easy to remove, one splash of water and a slight rub takes it off completely, which can be good or bad for some. I don’t wear it when my eyes are extra watery, and this is the only downside of this product.
Overall Thoughts
If you love felt tip eyeliners or are a beginner, do try Maybelline The Colossal Liner. The intense black liner has a matte finish and stays on for good 5+ hours.. However it does start fading after 5-6 hours from the outer corner of eyes. Also its not waterproof so if you have watery eyes you might end up with raccoon eyes. I am using it almost everytime I go out and really enjoy the application, pigmentation, intense black color & Matte finish.

I went to buy it but it is already out of stock.Even I like felt tip liners for winged liner.Your eye makeup is simply fab and so much neat…the picture quality is amazing too.. :*

I did not like the finish much but the felt tip gives a great control. One of the best Budget Felt tip liner, I guess.
And I agree the wearing off part, it hardly stayed for 5 hours on me.
