Empties posts really encourage me to finish up the products laying in my drawers. Majority of them are from skincare/ haircare range. Last month I finished up theseDove Intense Repair Conditioner – I don’t even remember when I started using Dove shampoos and conditioners, all I could gather from my memory is that they have a permanent place in my shower are. I like them for their gentle cleansing properties. Will I repurchase – May be not since I am trying to get rid of chemicals from my skin/ haircare regime.
Revlon Eye & Lip Makeup Remover – This product was good untill one day it entered my eyes while cleaning the makeup. It stings so bad that I turned blind for a nano second. I hate make up removers that irritates eyes as that defeats the whole purpose of buying a product speacily formulated for eye makeup removal. Will I repurchase – NO
Olay Face Wash – This is one of those products that was laying in my shower area, waiting forever to be finished. I finally finished it and its almost an achievement for me. Will I repurchase – NO, reason remains the same, trying to get rid of chemicals from my skin. haircare routine.
The Body Shop Earth Lovers Shower Gel – I liked this shower gel but may not repurchase it due to its “Almost unnoticeable scent” . I want my shower gel to be packed with fragrance to uplift my mood … Will I repurchase – NO
Organic Surge Overnight Sensation Night Cream – A good product specially for combination to dry skin. Maked skin soft and supple and yes little goes a long way ! This tub was with me for past 3 months. Would I repurchase – May beKAMA Ayurveda Rejuvenating and Brightening Night Cream – I have been struggling with uneven skintone and therefore jump at every product which claims of evening out skintone. I expect night cream to be rich and moisturizing since I have dry skin and sleeping in airconditioned room makes it worse. This night cream was a fail during winters, I almost threw it out, but decided to wait till the weather gets a little warmer. I used it in warmer months and found it quite rich. Though it did nothing for my uneven skintone. Will I repurchase – Hell NO !!
I am visiting a dermatologist and have already started using some of her prescribed lotions and potions for uneven skintone issues + Laser hair reduction. Do let me know if you want me to work on a series or may be a simple post sharing my experience.
