Who hasn’t heard or used Matrix Biolage Serum? Its available in all professional salons, and I have used it some years back. Matrix Biolage Deep Smoothing Serum comes in a clear bottle with a flip top cap. Serum is neither too runny nor thick. It has a nice refreshing fragrance.

My Experience

I have used and loved this brand in past. This year Matrix has relaunched their Biolage deep Smoothing Serum- The 1st Professional 6-in-1 Serum. Created with a fusion of natural elements including  Avocado, Grape-seed oils & Frizz Taming Polymers – this smoothing serum works wonders for hair with its light, non-sticky texture, that doesn’t weigh the hair down.

I have used this serum with and without Biolage shampoo & conditioner and It has worked on my hair by controlling frizz and de-tangling them. I need only 3-4 drops for my past-shoulder-length hair. I take out some serum on my palms, rub them together and apply it on hair starting from root till I reach my ear. I don’t apply it on my crown, however whatever is left on my palms I gently apply it on my bangs to keep them frizz free.

Best way to use Matrix Biolage deep Smoothing Serum is on wet/ damp hair. It keeps hair manageable through out the day infact till the next wash. One should use the product sparingly to avoid over-application and limp hair.

Overall Thoughts

Matrix Biolage deep Smoothing Serum is one of the best affordable hair serums available in Indian Market and does what it claims. It keeps my hair frizz free, manageable, soft and glossy. If applied on roots it helps them to appear less damaged. My prefered way of application is on wet hair. I use this before blow drying my hair and it protects them from the damage caused by Heat Styling.
