Makeup Revolution Ultra Sculpt & Contour Kit Review Price Photos

I am always on a lookout for affordable makeup products. Makeup Revolution is one such brand that offers good quality makeup products on affordable prices. I have bought and used quite a lot of products from this brand. Recently I picked Makeup Revolution Ultra Sculpt & Contour Kit from NewU, they had it in only one shade – light/medium however the contour shade was deep enough for me.

The palettes comes in a plastic case with clear lid. Each palette has a Bonzer, Highlighter & Blusher. However even in the light/medium palette the blush is bronze-gold color which looks more like a bronzer than blush to me. The bronzer powder can be used as for contouring since it is quite cool toned and dark. Highlighter is good but chunky so if you like chunky highlighters than give this a try. Or you could try the Makeup Revolution Blush Brighter Bronze kit that comes with a nice mirror and a matte blush shade that actually looks like blush.

I find texture of Makeup Revolution Ultra Sculpt & Contour Kit quite smooth & blendable. The idea of one palette with blush highlighter and bronzer is good since the bronzer here is matte (which works as a contour powder).  It is pretty good for beginners or for people on budget. I personally don’t see myself using anything other than the “bronzer” shade from this palette.

Blusher looks too obvious on me and highlighter is chunky so.

Overall Thoughts

If you are looking for a palette that comes with blush highlighter & bronzer than Makeup Revolution Ultra Sculpt & Contour Kit is a good starter kit. The texture of all the 3 powder products is smooth & blendable.
