Makeup Revolution Radiant Light Review Swatches Photos – Glow, Breathe

Highlighters can be addicting , I must admit. I never considered myself a highlighter person until I discovered Revlon Peach Glow Highlighting Palette. It was my favorite highlighting palette of all time , however after trying Makeup Revolution Glow Radiant Light, I just couldn’t go back to using Revlon palette. This is how much I love the new Glow Radiant Light.

Radiance & Light in a compact. Swoon at our new breathtaking NEW Radiant Lights Illuminating Baked Powders.
Subtle shades to breathe illumination and light in to the complexion. Baked to perfection our Radiant Lights will bring Instant Illumination to Your Skin or specific Highlighting. Enclosed in handbag friendly mirror compact and available in 3 stunning shades. Breathe, Exhale and Glow.Makeup Revolution Radiant Light Review Swatches Photos Glow Breathe (6)

Makeup Revolution has done exceptionally amazing on the packaging front. The Radiant Light comes in a sturdy classy mirrored casings. The packaging feels excellent and comparable to any high end makeup product. There are 3 shades available – Breathe, Exhale & Glow. I have Breathe & Glow with me.

Shades – Makeup Revolution Breathe is a champagne colored highlighter and Glow has more bronze tones. For warmer skintones like us, Glow is a perfect highlighter. I use Breathe Radiant Light as an undereye highlighter, however because of dry skin i avoid too many powder products on my face, or else I end up looking chalky/cakey.Makeup Revolution Radiant Light Review Swatches Photos Glow Breathe (5)

Texture & Formula – The best thing I love about Makeup Revolution Radiant Light is the non-shimmery formula. I run away from shimmery highlighters that’s why even after so much rave , I could never pick MAC Soft & Gentle. I know I wouldn’t be using it comfortably. For me a perfect highlighter would be the one that imparts healthy glow to the cheeks with subtleness , no shimmery/glittery formula can do that. Makeup Revolution Radiant Light gets full marks on the formula. Formula of these highlighters is soft and buttery, no gritty chunky glitter-ball effect. Glow doesn’t have any fall out while Breathe fly in the air every time I swirl my brush in the pan. Breathe is more of a barely there highlighter for me, and glow works for evening parties or when I was the sheen to be noticeable.Makeup Revolution Radiant Light Review Swatches Photos Glow Breathe (2)

I have swatched both very heavily. I have used these in my recent videos, you can see them in action in my Indian Wedding Makeup Look HERE. Also in the picture below I have used Glow on the cheekbones, you can see how subtle the highlighter looks. Makeup Revolution Radiant Light Review Swatches Photos Glow Breathe (1)

Overall Thoughts

I am very very pleased with the formula and appearance of Makeup Revolution Radiant Light. Glow is my favorite of the two since it matches my complexion and works really well for warmer skintones. If you are new to highlighting then picking one of these is highly recommended.
