This range of blushes is considered as close dupes for Too Faced Sweethearts Perfect Flushed Blush but at a very cheaper price. I was intrigued by the heart shaped design that is very attractive and cheesy.

Shade- I Heart Makeup Goddess of Love  is a champagne pink highlighter. The highlighter is cool toned and more suitable for those having pink-rosy complexion. It needs a proper base when applied on warmer skin tones else it can accentuate the skin unevenness and can look patchy.

Packaging- It comes in a heart shaped cardboard box and the product itself is baked in a heart shape. However, it isn’t sturdy as the packaging does look flimsy from the back. It is definitely travel friendly and easy to locate in vanity.

Texture & Formula-The blush/highlighter is very finely milled. It is gentle on skin the formula is non-gritty. The first time I swirled my brush over it, it was kind of hard but over the time, the upper crust has become soft and the highlighter intensity has also increased. The highlighter is more of sheen based as the shimmer is subdued into the formulation.

It has no fragrance. The formula is great for oily skin as well as it doesn’t cause breakouts neither does it clog pores. I did not see my pores being accentuated when I use this.

Pigmentation- I Heart Makeup Goddess of Love  is highly pigmented and need 2 swipes to get enough amount of highlight to the skin. I wouldn’t call it insanely pigmented but it can be easily overdone. Goddess of Love blends well into the skin and works well with other products as well.

Staying Power- The staying power of the I Heart Makeup Goddess of Love highlighter is around 4-5 hours during summers but I think the staying power will definitely increase during winter season. It fades evenly without looking patchy or streaky.

Overall Thoughts

I have been using I Heart Makeup Goddess of Love highlighter for quite a while and loving the effect. It is cool toned but very wearable. Also, it can be used everyday for a subtle glow. The effect is very pearlescent.My only grudge is the limited availability as it has to be ordered online along with custom charges.
