MAC TechnaKohl Liner Graph black (Rs. 1100) available at Mac stores.
Packaging – MAC TechnaKohl Liner retails in the standard black MAC packaging. It looks classy and is very convenient to use. The eye pencil is a retractable type and I prefer them a lot over sharpen able pencils as they are tad more convenient for usage. The pencil cap fits tightly and a very travel friendly product.
Texture and Formula – MAC TechnaKohl Liner Graph Black has a very soft and smooth texture. It is very creamy and glides on eyes easily without any tugging. This is the most expensive kohl in my vanity and I would also tell this is my HG eye pencil. The formula is long lasting and doesn’t irritate eyes. I have the most sensitive eyes and it doesn’t irritate when applied on the waterline or lash line. The formula is the best thing about the pencil.
Pigmentation – Pigmentation wise MAC TechnaKohl Liner Graph black is not really the darkest black but buildable. I apply it in 2 or 3 swipes to get maximum color intensity of black. It looks very pretty and stays put for long hours.
Staying Power – On my upper and lower lash line it stays on for good 8+ hours with no fading or creasing at all. On my waterline it starts fading in 5 to 6 hours which I think is really impressive.
Overall thoughts
MAC TechnaKohl Liner Graph black is the best eye pencil I own. To sum up, the eye pencil comes with good pigmentation, texture is creamy but does not break easily, stays on for good 8+ hours and totally smudge proof. The only downside to the eye pencil will be the cost factor but after all it is MAC.
