MAC Snazzy Hound Nail Polish (1050/- INR for 10 ml, Available at MAC Stores across India

A month back MAC released Haute Dogs collection and there were 3 Nail Polishes in the collection which are part of permanent line in US however in India they were limited edition. I picked all 3 shades as am in MAC Polish phase and trust me, am enjoying the most out of them. I had shared MAC Before Dawn Nail Polish with you few days back so you can make out that am slowly building up my MAC NP collection. Lets talk about MAC Snazzy Hound now

Shade – MAC SNAZZY HOUND is described as mid tone Grey, it is cool toned medium to dark true slate grey shade with creamy finish; and it is gorgeous and very flattering. The shade is doesn’t run black and looks classy grey with fabulous finish to it.

Texture – The texture of MAC Polishes are great, they give streaky free application in single coat however if you add a layer or two it looks even more polished. The finish of this polish is cream, there is no shimmer or glitter just soft satiny creamy look to it.

Snazzy Hound was opaque in single coat but two coat added more evenness, I’m completely impressed with the formula of this shade as it is really a delight to work.

Staying Power – The polish with a top coat managed to stay for 4 – 5 days easily with minor tip wear on 4^th day and that is when I was not working much in water.

Overall Thought

I adore MAC Nail Polish a lot but do find that most of them including MAC Snazzy Hound Nail Polish, are not very long lasting and especially as I do a lot of work in kitchen and some cleaning . If you keep your hands away from all the mess they will stay for a week easily but that is unavoidable for me in any circumstances.
