Texture of MAC Ricepaper is smooth. It glides on smoothly with no fallouts. It looks sheer when applied but you can build the opacity.MAC Ricepaper Eyeshadow swatches and reviewStaying power is good and it stays on for 9+ hours easily.

I somehow did not find the shade good for highlighting brow bone for me. It does look too white/ frosted  and looks very obvious. I guess this shade would suit fairer skintones as it will blend into the skin and impart subtle glow.

If you are into dramatic looks this shade will work very well. In my case I generally prefer using a golden shade for highlighting and that does the job well. See HERE and HERE and I love using Inglot Pearl 404 whenever doing a little dramatic look.

On the other hand if i am doing a matte wearable look, I prefer using MAC Mineralize skinfinish under the brows, it looks equally good and less obvious. If i am in a mood to go for a little lighter color, I choose to go with a lighter powder.

That’s how it looks on me

So in short it didn’t work for me as a brow bone highlighter shade but works well to highlight tear ducts.

Overall Thoughts

Its not a must have shade for medium to dusky skin tones as it will look too obvious. Fairer skin tones can use it as a brow bone or tear ducts highlighter color or can also use it as an all over color for that fresh awake look. Formula is great with no fallout whatsoever. Its pretty expensive and i am sure we can find a cheaper dupe from Inglot or other brands.
