The shade am sharing today is true GREY shade from MAC’s permanent line of shadows and is very famous colour and especially amongst Smokey eye lovers. MAC Print is one gorgeous shade but due to Satin texture. I resisted it for the longest time. I have pretty much covered myself in Grey family but one shade which I want to own is Copperplate, such a stunner that is. Anyways, coming back to the review for PRINT, this is seriously wonderful shade of Blue tinged Grey!
Shade – Print is described as muted grey with shimmer. It is warm toned Medium to dark warm toned Charcoal Grey shade with just a hint of shimmer to it . Which is not very visible on eyes but still pretty flattering and a lot better as compared to matte grey shade.
Texture – MAC Print comes from SATIN finish and it is my least favourite finish out of the lot as its little stiff in nature. You need to really work hard with the brush to pick the colour. I would say that it’s difficult and certainly not as easy as FROST or Velxue Pearl finish.
Staying power – The staying power with a good primer like any other MAC shadow is between 7 – 8 hrs easily and it doesn’t crease at all. I adore this quality of MAC shadows and guess that’s why I built my collection.
Pigmentation – Print needs a little layering and it can be annoying at times. I just have this con from this wonderful looking shade else it’s so perfect but due to SATIN finish it lacks that pigmentation.
Useful For – The shade is wonderful for soft Smokey eyes, can be used in the crease, on lower lash line and outer lids as well. It goes with will so many hues like purple, black, silver and blue.

Overall Thoughts
The shade is amazing for Smokey eyes and can be incorporated easily. I wish pigmentation was a little better but nevertheless. it is great alternative for dark Smokey black and is a good choice for some soft, subtle eye look.
