MAC In Control Pro Longwear Lip Pencil Review Swatches Photos

I have already expressed my love for Pro Longwear lip Pencil from MAC. These are the only lip pencils I use and keep coming back to. I am reviewing another beautiful shade called In Control Today.

Packaging – These are typical lip pencils that can be sharpened. They are smaller compared to the regular range of lip pencils. However, unlike the regular range, these need not be sharpened often so it would definitely last a good time.

Shade – MAC In Control Pro Longwear Lip Pencil is a very pretty everyday kind of a colour. It’s a mix of brown and pink and leans more towards pink. It can look different based on the skin color and the lip pigmentation. It is a perfect neutral base for my lips and I can wear it every single day. You can also check out two more shades – MAC Rebellious and MAC He Said She Said

Pigmentation – It is highly pigmented and creamy. You need not sharpen it daily and that’s a great advantage. I usually sharpen it after 4-5 uses only. It does not become blunt that easily too.

Texture & Formula – MAC In Control has a creamy formula which glides smoothly and evenly. It is non drying and does not cause lip lines or cracks either. It can be worn alone or can also be topped off with a lipstick or a gloss.

Staying Power – In Control stays for 6+ hours and can also survive a meal though might fade from the center and re application is required. But these are definitely long lasting.

MAC In control Pro Longwear lip pencil  is the perfect base for all your daily wear lipsticks. It has an incredible staying power and also feels light weight on the lips. A must have according to me. This range has impressed me a lot and I am definitely coming back with more.
