I don’t buy brow products in general but on special recommendation of a close friend I picked MAC Brun Eye Shadow to keep it handy if the brows are not in good shape and trust me , it really worked in so many situations and not even me I used this on so many friends and it was flawless .

Shade – MAC Brun Eye Shadow is described as muted blackish brown, it is cool toned ash brown shade which leans a very little deep grey which makes it such a perfect choice to fill in brows or even use in the crease to add depth. I adore this shadow in so many colour combinations and mostly to use this in place of black to make the look softer and also I find it is very forgiving shadow as compared to a matte black.

Texture – I hardly pick MAC Satin finish but lately noticing that they are pretty good if not exceptionally great. This along with CORK is one of my favourite amongst the lot, from texture to pigmentation and finish; they really are worth looking at.

Pigmentation – MAC BRUN is Aaahhmazingly pigmented shade, it is so saturated and well put together shade and hardly needs any layer. I would say that the shadow may appear little powdery and hence needs short strokes to avoid any fall out.

Staying Power – I would sound monotonous here but still have to say that all MAC shadows have good staying power provided there is good base underneath, they do require a primer to show up nicely and crease free.

Overall Thoughts

MAC Brun is great eye shadow to fill in brows and I have been using this religiously for an year now and have used on so many friends and this works really well regardless of their undertones . The shadow is great in so many ways and is a must have shade from MAC.
