After sharing my love for MAC shadows am here with their powder pigment version , you have seen review for Copper Pigment which is from their metal range and here is the gorgeous looking gold from the frost finish – MAC Blonde’s Gold .

Shade – MAC Blonde’s gold is described as Light Tan with gold and white pearl, it is stunningly pretty light champagne gold shade with beautiful pearly finish to it which is very finally milled and easy to layer without any fall out . The shade can be paired with so many hues without much effort and hence is one of the favourite shades like I said.

Texture – This pigment is from their frost finish but the finish is more pearly rather than frosty look , although am so fond of the frost finish in pigment line as it is bedazzling and very mysterious plus adds a lot of oomph to any look .

Pigmentation – MAC Blonde’s gold pigment is very well pigmented shade and is almost opaque in single swipe however for more opaqueness second layer is required. The pigment can be used dry or wet, however I have used this dry in pictures here and you can see the intensity of the shade when applied with flat shader brush.

Staying Power – I always use the pigment over a nice primer and prefers to use them wet for more intensity , there is no fallout whatsoever and this stays nicely for 7 – 8 hrs without much fading , for MAC Blonde’s gold I like to use this dry .

Overall Thoughts

I adore MAC Blonde’s Gold Pigment to bits and consider this a must have if you love to experiment with pigments, it is very easy to wear kinds plus pairs well with plethora of shades without much efforts.

Ratings – 5/5
