L’Oreal Paris Cannes Collection 2015 – Review Swatches Looks

Like every year L’Oreal Paris has released Limited Edition Cannes Collection which includes Gel Eyeliners & Swarovski Studded Lipsticks that are relaunches from previous Moist Matte Range. I will show you all the products that I have been sent by the brand. This collection is available online at Nykaa.com

L’Oreal has introduced 3 limited editions Super Liner Gel Intenza – Diamond Black (Black eyeliner with silver shimmer), Royal Blue & Sapphire Blue. (Rs 875 each)

Super Liner Gel Intenza – Diamond Black is Black with silver shimmers. All of the 3 colors have fine Shimmer that add to the sheen and don’t feel gritty on the lids.

Superliner Gel  Intenza  is  incredibly versatile  to  use.  It  provides  all  the  ease  of  a  pencil  eye  liner  with  the  durability  of  liquid.  It  is  easy  to  apply,  and unlike  liquid,  it  can  blend  beautifully  into  the eye  shadow  to create  high  eye definition.  So  whether  you  want to pull  off  a  1960s  defined  flick,  or the  classically  chic smokey  effect,  Superliner  Gel  Intenza  will  achieve it  with  ease. What  makes this  liner even more  amazing  is that  while  it  is  highly blendable, it  also  sets to  a  smudge-­‐proof, water-­‐  resistant  finish  for up  to 36  hours. It  comes  with  its  own  brush  and  has  a  handy  lid to  keep  your makeup  case  clean  after  use.    The  brush  is the perfect  shape  for  creating  thick  or fine  flicks  and  enables  you to  get the  product  right  in  the  lash line for  a fuller look.

Super Liner Gel Intenza – Sapphire Blue is a bright sapphire color which is my favorite shade out of all three.

Limited Edition Swarovski Lipsticks look and feel luxurious. They come in velvet cases neatly packed inside black cardboard covers. Lipsticks have swarovski crystals encrusted on the body. I have two shades – Cherry Crush & Arabian Nights. (Rs 1095 each)

L’Oreal Moist Mat Limited Edition Lipstick Cherry Crush is a light cool toned pink shade. Arabian Nights is a deep Plum. Formula is similar to regular L’Oreal Moist Matte Lipsticks.

Adding a luxurious touch to the fabulous color payoff is the jewel plug on the packaging that matches the individual color shades. The  lipstick  has  an  iconic  new  bullet  that  has  a  tear  drop  point  for  precise  glide. I think Coral Encore is a new shade since I haven’t seen it anywhere yet. Rose Symphony (permanent shade) is already reviewed on the blog. Plum Quartet is a permanent shade. (Rs 950 each).

Coral Encore is such a beautiful coral, and being a non-coral person I am thoroughly enjoying this shade on me. The formula feels fantastic and stays on for quite a long time. I will have detailed reviews of all the products from this range up soon.

As per the theme I have created a look that can work with both glossy & matte pouts. I have kept eyes smokey and intense. Hope you all enjoy my experiment with L’Oreal Paris Cannes Collection –

L’Oreal Cannes inspired Matte Look, using superliner in Royal Blue as eyeshadow base & Arabian Nights Moist Matte Lipstick.

L’Oreal Cannes inspired Gloss look. Entire makeup remains the same except for the lips.
