A Lazy Girl’s Top 5 Makeup Must Haves

Whether or not you confess we all get lazy sometimes when it comes to makeup.Top 5 Make up Must Haves

I am  lazy but I try to hide this term behind “A mother to a 2 year kid” , that gives some relief to my guilt when I walk out of house as a “Plain Jane”. So over the years I have narrowed down my list of “5 minute makeup products” to these Top 5 Make up Must Haves ! Here is the list that can fix that tired sleepy looking face quickly ! MAC Prolongwear Concealer Review Swatches Demo (2)1. Concealer –

Every girl should have one concealer that matches her skintone perfectly. You can run to MAC to match a perfect shade. Concealer will help to fix those undereye bags and blemishes in seconds. Not all of us like to put foundation on everyday basis so a good concealer will get half job done. My recommendations are MAC Prolongwear conealer or MAC Studio Fix concealer. I don’t have too many blemishes on my face so I prefer YSL touche Eclat as it highlights and brightens my face, you can also try Revlon Photoready Concealer too for under eye concealing only !Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation Mineral Makeup review (6)2. Powder

A good sheer to medium coverage setting powder/ powder foundation. You can try L’Oreal True match range , they have number of shades available, MAC Mineralize Skinfinish, Bobbi Brown, etc. My favorite is Bobbi Brown Mineral Foundation, it provides medium coverage. Why Powder foundation? because it takes seconds to apply and blend and can be retouched on the go !MAC Spiked Eyebrow pencil review (5)3. Eyebrow Pencil

Its optional, if you have thick eyebrows you can skip this. But for girls like me who have sparse brows shouldn’t avoid filling their eyebrows. I have tried number of things like using an eyeshadow matching my hair or an eyebrow pencil but only thing that gives me desired result in seconds is MAC Spiked Brow Pencil. Remember its a Lazy Girl’s Guide so I can not ask you to fill your brows with an eyeshadow, brush it and fix them with a wax.. You can also try Inglot Eyebrow pen, but try and find a color closest or one shade lighter to your hair color ! Never ever put Jet Black eye brow pencil …Bobbi Brown Intensifying Long-wear mascara review (7)4. Mascara

For me Mascara comes first than eyeliner . why? Because my eyes look awake and opened up after applying one coat of mascara. I have almost absent eyelashes so for me a lengthening and volumising mascara is a must. I don’t go beyond one coat. My recommendations are Elizabeth Double Intensity, L’Oreal Volume Million Lashes and Clinique High Impact Mascara.Revlon-Just-Bitten-Kissable-Lip-balm-Stain-Lovesick-swatches-1200x9005. Lipcolor

For me a lip color is a must ! I prefer lipcolors that stain so that I am left with bare lips after some 2 hours. I like wearing pinks leaning toward raspberry or plum color. My favorite has been Revlon Balmstain in Lovesick as it provides maximum color in single swipe and the stain it leaves stays on for 4+ hours. If you aren’t too fussy about staining, any lipcolor 2 that’s close to natural lip color would be good !

You can put Eyeliner instead of Eye Brow pencil if your eyebrows are full. These Lazy Girl’s Top 5 Make up Must Haves can work for working girls too !

This is my version of “A lazy Girl’s Top 5 Makeup Must haves”. What are your Top 5 must have makeup products?
