Lakme 9 to 5 Pure Rouge Blusher has been around for quite sometime but I never picked any until last month. I wasn’t sure about the quality however the moment I swatches Peach Affair, I knew this one is going to be a great choice for my complexion.

Packaging is quite simple and flimsy, since price of the blusher has been increasing over the years but the case remained the same. So the palette it comes in looks quite cheap for the price.

Shade – Lakme Peach Affair is a beautiful peach gold blush with red tones. It looks quite close to Sleek Rose Gold Blush, however this one has more color than sheen. The color looks amazing on medium-deeper complexions.

Texture & Formula – Lakme Peach Affair has gold shimmer which is quite soft and provides a beautiful sheen when applied. The formula isn’t powdery at all and is quite soft & creamy, which applies and blends nicely. The shimmers in the formula doesn’t feel gritty or chunky whatsoever. For me this blush doubles up as  a highlighter as well.

Pigmentation – Formula of Peach Affair is on sheerer side, this is what makes this blush wearable. I apply it almost like a contour product and believe me it looks amazing.

Staying Power – The shade stays on for good 4+ hours on me.

If you love blushes with sheen, do try Lakme Peach Affair 9 to 5 Pure Rouge Blusher. The peachy red shade looks amazing against my complexion and the golden shimmer provides a healthy glow.
