10 hr of no smudge, waterproof and Dermatologically tested

Shade – Lakme Eyeconic White Kohl/Kajal is the latest edition in Lakme Eyeconic line. I was very delighted to see a white eyeliner that’s decently priced and  comes in a twist up packaging. I am not a big fan of applying white eyeliner on waterline but yes using as a base for eyeshadow or highlighting inner corners is what that came in my mind instantly.

Texture & Formula – Lakme Eyeconic White has a buttery smooth texture, it almost feels like melting while gliding on water line or lashline. Formula is nicely pigmented and one swipe is enough to deliver right amount of color. Formula has pearly finish with some silver micro shimmers that deliver a pearlescent finish when you try to use this shade as an eyeshadow base. I tried to use it as an browbone highlighter but there it looked bit too obvious and didn’t work for me.

Staying Power – On waterline Lakme Eyeconic White stays for 4 hours and on upper lashline it stayed on for good 7+ hours.

Overall thoughts

Concept of white eyeliner is good for those with fair complexion since on medium to deeper complexions it looks too stark and obvious. I like to use Lakme Eyeconic White as an inner corner highlighter because the formula blends beautifully and has a nice pearlescent finish that reflect light. If you plan to use it on lower lashline try to use it as sparingly as possible. I like the staying power and pigmentation and would recommend it to those who love wearing while kohl/ eyeliner.
