This new launch from Lakmé is a line of innovative long wear lipstick which comes in an ultra-creamy texture and delivers a high colour pay-off and stays on through the day from 9to5. The Crease-Less Crème Lipstick also contains vitamin E, shea butter, cocoa butter & olive oil for intense moisturization leaving your lips hydrated all day, making it the must-have accessory in your bag especially for dry winters up ahead.

So what made me buy these two shades was the “Crease-Less” tag. I wanted to see what a crease-less formula is. Shades – I picked two shades from Lakme 9 To 5 Crease Less Creme Lip Color. There are around 20 shades to choose from which is pretty good. I have bought Winer Order which is more of a deep plum shade than wine, and is a cream finish. The other one is Crimson Call which is a pink-red shade with golden shimmer. I am loving Wine Order for this colder weather, its a good deep shade for medium-deep skintones. It looks absolutely beautiful.

Texture & Formula – Lakme 9 To 5 Crease Less Creme Lip Color have cream and shimmer finishes. Like I mentioned Wine Order has a nice cream finish, the color glides on smoothly without tugging or pulling. It stays on comfortably and doesn’t dry out my lips. However Crimson Call has chunky gritty shimmers that I absolutely detest. You can feel their chunkiness while applying the lipstick or when you try to rub your lips together to get even finish. There is too much shimmer and it stays on even when the color fades away. Staying Power – Lakme 9 To 5 Crease Less Creme Lip Wine Order stays on for good 5+ hours and Crimson Call for 4+ hours.

Overall Thoughts

Lakme 9 To 5 Crease Less Creme range has around 20 shades to choose from both shimmer & cream finishes. I would suggest you to pick cream finishes as shimmers are quite chunky and coarse. Honestly formula of these lipsticks are similar to regular ones and I didn’t understand the point of calling them crease -less.
