I wanted to try this particular product since a long time but wasn’t able to because of availability problem. I have heard rave reviews on this and being a foundation junky, this was on my wish list.

Shade- I bought shade FS29 which is just perfect for my nc35-37 skin tone. Kryolan TV paint stick has yellow undertones and brightens up my face.

Packaging- The foundation has a twist up pen style packaging.  Kryolan TV paint stick is easy to use and travel friendly. This kind of packaging removes all problems of spillage and mess and is very handy to apply in a jiffy.

Texture & Formula– Kryolan TV paint stick is a cream based foundation having a thick creamy texture. It is slightly heavy for those who prefer light weight, light coverage foundation. However, once blended, it feels comfortable on skin without giving cakey finish. It provides a matte finish which gets dewy after few hours of wear. The foundation has mild fragrance in it that isn’t overpowering. The foundation is slightly on drier side and I moisturise my face properly prior using it. It helps in easy blending of the cream foundation as well.Pigmentation-  Kryolan TV paint stick is one of the best foundation when it comes to providing full coverage. This foundation is used on TV artists as it camouflages all skin problems without looking cakey. I only need one layer that I blend with a damp sponge to get full coverage. Those having more problem areas can apply another layer. I don’t need a concealer after this.

Staying Power- Kryolan TV paint stick has an amazing wear time. It sets quickly and stays for about 10+ hours. Though, in between I need a touch of compact.

Overall Thoughts

I love Kryolan TV paint stick and recommend it to those looking for heavy coverage. It is great for bridal wear as well as for photography as it has no spf. The finish is amazing and so is the wear time. It makes the skin flawless without being heavy. However, it is not an everyday wear foundation as it does block pores. All together, it is an excellent reasonably priced heavy coverage foundation.
