Kryolan Translucent Powder TL9 (Rs 400 for 20 g)

I am using Ben Nya Banana Powder since ages now, though availability is a big issue. So I was looking for an alternative preferably a translucent one since Banana powder tends to look quite bright in pictures & in person sometimes. I came across Kryolan Translucent Powder which is quite economical + the quantity is huge !

Kryolan Translucent Powder TL9 is a beige toned powder unlike other translucent powders that are white in color. I personally prefer translucent powder with a beige tone so that there is no chances to getting flash back or looking ashy in pictures. The powder is finely milled and works like magic.

The Packaging is a nightmare, with product spilling and flying everywhere everytime you make an attempt to open the jar. Also it doesn’t shut properly, and with a loose lid you can’t even think of taking it to trips/ travel with you. I always have to transfer a small amount of the translucent powder in a jar so that it can be carried easily without spilling it all over my makeup.

I use Kryolan Translucent Powder to set my undereye concealer primarily. It sets the products and prevent creasing. Unlike Ben Nye Banana Powder it doesn’t suck the moisture out of my under eye area and keeps it looking fresh. I Take a small amount of powder and place it on the desired areas, wait for 5-7 seconds and then sweep off the access.

Kryolan Translucent Powder TL9 is available in 2 sizes and various color options. This product is indeed affordable and works as good as any other high end setting powder. Overall Thoughts

If you are looking for an affordable but good quality translucent powder then Kryolan Translucent Powder TL9 is highly recommended. Only downside is the container it comes in which isn’t user friendly and creates a mess by spilling the product around everytime.
