I love matte lipsticks but just to give a break to my lips from the drying formula I often use cream lipsticks. Kiko has different lipstick ranges and I picked couple of the shades. The one from Kiko Gossamer Emotion Creamy Lipstick has beautiful case and formula. The range has loads of shades to choose from however just to test the formula I picked one.
Packaging is classy. A grey gold coloured case with a button on the top of the cap, you push and it releases the lipstick. The bullet is in gold case and looks very luxurious. It reminds me of Chanel Velvet Matte Lipstick where you have to push the bottom of the case to pull out the lipstick. It feels heavy and is made of metal.
Creamy lipstick in bold colours with a shiny finish. The formula contains orchid extracts and hyaluronic filling spheres. The smooth, supple texture combined with the intense, bright colours create a sensuous smile. The lipstick glides on easily, leaving the lips silky soft. Gossamer Emotion Creamy Lipstick comes in a new, modern tube with a metallic finish. This lipstick’s distinguishing characteristic is the unique button at the top of the cap. Available in 30 rich, shiny and metallic colours.
Shade – Kiko Gossamer Emotion (105) is a brown with pink tones. The shade is quite warm and works well as an everyday shade for my complexion. It isn’t too pink. I like the finish & shade quite a lot. I don’t have any such shade since I am not much of a brown lipstick person. Generally browns make my complexion dull but this one doesn’t.
Texture & Formula – The texture of this lipstick is creamy but not slippery. It reminds me of MAC Amplified cream finish, which means pigmented formula with a cream finish which isn’t super glossy. The lipstick glides on smoothly without tugging or pulling. My lips are dry (forever) and this formula doesn’t make them worse. It doesn’t cling on to dry patches and evens out lips.
Pigmentation – Very pigmented. On me one swipe is enough to get opaque finish.
Staying Power – On me Kiko Gossamer Emotion (105) Creamy Lipstick stays on for good 4-5 hours. It doesn’t stain my lips.

Overall Thoughts
If you love creamy, pigmented and rich formulas then do give this range a try. The case itself looks so modern & classy. Formula is creamy and feels comfortable on the lips. Staying power could have been better though. For those who love brows Kiko Gossamer Emotion (105) is a nice shade.
