Kaya CC+ Complexion Perfector Cream Review Swatches Photos

Kaya has launched CC + Cream which claims to correct & cover. It comes in a black tube which isn’t squeezable and has a pump to dispense the product. I really like the black & gold tube. Pump packaging is quite convenient & the sturdy packaging is travel friendly as well.

Kaya CC + Cream is available in only one shade, which offers SPF 25, the CC cream ensures sun protection from both UVA and UVB rays. Only one shade wouldn’t suit all, and I was quite sceptical before using it. It has a mild scent which is quite pleasant and fades away after a while.

Shade – The CC cream offers only one shade option, and I was quite happy to see that it doesn’t leave a white ashy cast on my face. Though it looked ashy on my forehead which is the darkest part of my face. I had to use a bronzer to add some color there. This one shade wouldn’t suit deeper complexions.Kaya CC+ Complexion Perfector Cream Review Swatches Demo (3)

Texture & Formula – Kaya CC+ Cream has a moisturizing formula, though during colder months an additional moisturiser would be required if your skin is dry. Texture is slightly thick but not hard to work with. It applies and blends quickly. I really like how it doesn’t leave a greasy or shiny residue behind. Finish is slightly dewy but nothing that a light dusting of powder can’t fix. My skin is acne prone and it hasn’t broken me out ever.

Coverage – Coverage wise it doesn’t offer much. Kaya CC+ Cream evens out the complexion and brightens it up , however if you have blemishes or marks, additional concealer would be required. I am reaching out for it, for everyday use. If you like BB or CC Creams and how they even out skin tone without feeling heavy or greasy, then you will surely enjoy this product too.

I have made a video using Kaya CC+ Cream as a base. You can watch the same below 😀

Overall Thoughts

I like how Kaya CC Cream brightens up the complexion by taking away the dullness. It doesn’t offer any coverage and if you have blemishes, an additional concealer for spot concealing would be required. The only one shade is another con, because it would work well for fair-medium complexions but would look ashy on deeper skintones.
