Kama Ayurveda Sensitive Skin & Anti Acne Cleansing Foam Review

Cleansing is the top most priority in my skincare regime. I use a cleaner twice daily which is something I have started practicing recently. After talking to a dermatologist I realised no matte what your shin type is, cleansing twice daily is essential. Hence I was looking for gentle cleansers since my skin is dry & break out prone I can’t use a harsh heavy duty cleanser on it. I have been using Kama Ayurveda Sensitive Skin & Anti Acne Cleansing Foam for more than a month now and thought of sharing my views on them.

Kama Ayurveda has launched two new foaming face washes – Sensitive Skin & Anti Acne Cleansing Foam . I use sensitive skin in the night and anti acne cleansing foam first thing in the morning.

Packaging is simple and user friendly, cleansing foams come in large pump bottles with a clear cap. One pump dispenses enough foam that can be used on both face and neck. I love massaging cleansers on my face & neck for good 30 secs before washing off. It allows the ingredients to work on the skin and take care of the issues like acne, pimples or moisture.  Since you don’t need too much , this one 100 ml bottle should last for good 2-3 months.

Perfect for delicate skin, this Foam removes impurities and excess oils, without stripping away skin’s essential moisture. Pure Sandalwood Oil has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, that help soothe and cool sensitive, reddened or irritated skin. Cold-pressed Aloe Vera Leaf Juice provides intense hydration, while also controlling flaking, redness and tightness. Naturally restorative Calendula heals damage caused by pollution and environmental irritants, and keeps the skin protected. This soft, plush Foam leaves skin feeling fresh, healthy and comfortable.

Now I love the soothing scent of this cleanser. It is quite gentle and takes care of dirt & grime without stripping your skin of moisture. Infact I feel my skin gets really soft after using it. I have been using it for over 5 weeks now and it doesn’t dry out my skin or irritate it at all.

Kama Ayurveda Anti Acne Cleansing Foam (Rs 595 for 50 ml)

What makes this Cleansing Foam special, is that it uses safe, plant-derived acids (Salicylic Acid and Allantoin), instead of the synthetic variants. It is a gentle, yet potent acne-clearing cleanser, that reduces breakouts and blemishes for soft and healthy skin. Powerful Neem Oil actively reduces pimples, while lessening post-acne scarring and restoring lost moisture to skin. Purifying Tulsi detoxifies, clears blocked pores, and protects against further inflammation without over-drying. Clarifying Tea Tree combines with Wintergreen-derived Salicylic Acid, to deep cleanse, reduce breakouts and boost the process of skin renewal. Pure Calendula Flower and Aloe Vera Extracts cool and soothe acne-ravaged skin,leaving it calm, smooth and comfortable. My skin gets congested pretty easily and i get white heads and acne around jaw line & T Zone. Continuous use of Anti Acne Cleansing Foam has definitely reduced the number of breakouts. My skin is pretty much clear these days.
