I love face scrubs and current weather has made me a crazy body lotion hoarder. I have tried Amaranthus & Amazon Lily Body Mist from Johara Cosmetics in the past and absolutely loved the scent. And when the body lotion in the same fragrance landed at my door steps, I knew this would be my favorite lotion soon. Also being a skincare freak I can never say no to scrubs and loving Johara Instant Radiance Face Scrub these days.

Johara Instant Radiance Face Scrub comes in a bright colored tube with a flip top cap. The kind of packaging I prefer. The formula is cream based but not slippery, you know what I mean. I personally don’t prefer creamy scrubs because they make me freak out since my skin is acne prone and I avoid using too many cream based products. The scrub is packed with granules and exfoliates nicely without being scratchy. Formula does the job well without making skin dry or slippery.

Johara Comestics products are free from Paraben, Sulphate, Formaldehyde , Synthetic dye.

Another good product from Johara that has found a permanent place in my stash is Amaranthus & Amazon Lily Body Lotion. I have reviewed the body mist in same fragrance couple of months ago and still use it. The lotion is not thick and feels almost like water, which makes the formula easy to apply & blend into the skin. I really like how hydrated my skin looks after the application.

Since my skin is dry and becomes insanely dry during colder months, I have to reapply it at least twice. In any case I apply moisturizers twice a day to very dry parts of my body i.e. legs & feet.
