- After washing your face, adjust skin texture with toner.
- Apply all over face except the eyes and mouth gently.
- Rinse off with warm water after 10 minutes. (Apply 1 – 2 times a week.)
- Also mix with mask and foaming cleanser in 1:1 and apply all over face. Massage with lather after 5 minutes.
I used to think that Clay masks are meant only for Oily pimple prone skin. Infact they work best for them, however when I started using Giovanni Volcanic Clay mask I realized that clay mask can suit all skin types, only you have to limit the usage to once a week if your skin is extremely dry. Volcanic Clay masks are rich in minerals and can give the moisture back to dry skin.
I was quite excited to try out Innisfree Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask and have been using it for over a month now.
The Product –
Innisfree Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask is very thick grey colored formula. You need to put some efforts to spread the product evenly on skin. It does have a faint weird smell but thats how Giovanni one smells too. I leave mask on for 15 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water. Regular use of Innisfree Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask has reduced number of break outs/ acne too. I don’t use it more than once a week or whenever my skin feels irritated.
Innisfree Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask can also be used as a spot treatment for breakouts and blackheads however thanks to my changed skincare regime I hardly see a breakout, but whenever I do , this clay mask definitely helps in calming down my skin. It leaves a cooling sensation behind once you wash it off.
My skin gets congested easily and results in white heads, Innisfree Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask clay masks cleans pores and reduces chances of blocked pores.
Overall Thoughts
Innisfree Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask is a good product to have in your kitty specially if you have break outs prone skin. I have been using it for over a month now (5 weeks to be exact) and it has done a lot in terms of clearing out pores and reducing number of acne breakouts. It doesn’t leave my skin dry and stretchy, skin looks and feels softer and clearer. I can’t really say if it works in sebum reduction or blackheads, but it does work on acne to an extent. Don’t expect overnight miracles, such products need to be used regularly to work.
