Innisfree Green Tea Pure Cleansing Water Review

Innisfree Green Tea Pure Cleansing Water (Rs 800 for 300 ml) available at Innisfree StoresInnisfree Green Tea Cleansing Water (2)Innisfree Green Tea Cleansing Water (3)This dewy, easily washable cleansing water contained with Jeju organic green tea moisturizing, antioxidant ingredients and organic witch hazel water thoroughly removes not only sunscreen and BB cream but also light point makeup.

Innisfree Green Tea Pure Cleansing Water comes in a huge green colored plastic bottle with a pump. I have been using it for over 3 weeks now and haven’t finished even 1/4th of it ! This Cleansing Water is made of 85% organic ingredients and pure green tea water. It has a mild fresh scent.

I always wanted to try Cleansing waters and wondered whether they work as makeup removers or cleansers or toners or something else. On my recent trip to Innisfree I got to know that Innisfree Green Tea Pure Cleansing Water can be used in place of cleanser & makeup remover as it can remove non-waterproof makeup easily.

The Product

Innisfree Green Tea Pure Cleansing Water is a clear water with no greasiness. I take a cotton round and place it on the top of the pump and press downwards. I need two pumps of the product to clean my face. It cleans my face thoroughly and takes out all the dirt and makeup without drying my skin. After using Innisfree Green Tea Pure Cleansing Water I just splash some lukewarm water on my face and that’s it. My face feels smooth and clean without any traces of oil or product residues.

I have been using it for sometime now and the formula hasn’t broken me out. Infact in this cold weather my skin has started feeling dry and patchy, Innisfree Green Tea Pure Cleansing Water has definitely improved its condition by restoring moisture back. I only use a facial foam if I have worn too much makeup (that rarely happens). Innisfree Green Tea Cleansing Water (1)Innisfree Green Tea Pure Cleansing Water doesn’t sting and removes eye makeup easily. It removes stubborn long wearing makeup too. I have used it to remove kohl from my waterline and it feels bit cold, but not irritating or stingy.

I don’t wear much long staying makeup so can’t really say that it will work as a makeup remover always. Those who wear water proof long wearing makeup might need additional makeup remover, however it removes Maybelline Gel Liner pretty easily (in two swipes) !

Overall Thoughts

I am very pleased with the performance of Innisfree Green Tea Pure Cleansing Water. It has replaced facial cleanser & makeup remover from skin care routine. Its decently priced and comes in a huge convenient plastic bottle with a pump and lid that keeps the product from leaking. This one bottle is going to last me 2 months atleast. I would recommend this product everyone specially to girls with dry skin (for winters).

Sounds great Shalini..I’ve been using a cleansing water off late too, and that takes off even waterproof makeup like gel liners etc, and I love the concept..I might want to try this soon 🙂

this is like must have product. the most imp thing is it does not sting which i really like. i am pretty paranoid to the fact of makeup remover which stings the eyes.

True Sharmistha , finding a makeup remover that doesn’t turn one blind (for few seconds :)) is really difficult

This looks great! I always doubt the cleansing water’s ability to remove make up. I might try that just to see how well it works. Nice Review!
