I am not much of gloss person but enjoy keeping couple of them in case I have to turn a matte lipstick into a glossy one. Its been sometime since i tried a new gloss so got excited when I got a chance to try Innisfree Glossy Lip Lacquer 03. Its a brand I love for their skincare range, I have also tried some of their makeup products and currently loving Innisfree Eco Lasting Eyeliner. Innisfree products always win my heart lets see how does this products fared.
Packaging is pretty simple & cute. The transparent tube comes with an off white cap. You can see the color of the gloss inside. The sponge tip applicator works pretty well and is saturated with color. I ripped off the tag to open the cap and couldn’t find shade name on the tube since everything mentioned on the tube is in korean.
Shade – Innisfree Glossy Lip Lacquer 03 is a pretty bright pink. Since it is sheer, I can use it as an everyday color, in any case pink is a shade I love in lip products. If you love pinks, then this can be a really pretty shade.
Texture & Formula – The formula is a bit thick and needs some time to layer up evenly. It can look a bit gloopy if not blended properly. I apply with the wand and then with the help of my finger try to even out the lip gloss. The sheer formula doesn’t take much time to spread. It is thick but not sticky , and quite moisturizing too. It still feels comfortable even when you don’t wear lip balm underneath. I apply a sheer layer of this lip gloss on my everyday neutrals and pinks to give them a boost.
Pigmentation – It looks quite pigmented when swatches on the hand, but quite sheer when applied on the lips. If you have pigmented lips like mine then a lip liner underneath would do the trick. You can also layer it up to get a better color on the lips.
Staying Power – Innisfree Glossy Lip Lacquer 03 stays on till you eat or drink anything. Staying power is similar to a gloss, infact it is a lip gloss only.

Overall Thoughts
If you like sheer moisturizing lip glosses then Innisfree Glossy Lip Lacquer 03 is a good buy. The shade is a pretty bright pink. I find it quite moisturizing and perfect for the lips. Color is pretty sheer and doesn’t leave any tint.
