I had been to Inglot store number of times but never bought any lipstick. I recently bought Inglot Lipstick #145 during my recent visit.
Inglot Lipstick #145 – Rs 750
I love the black sturdy packaging and the fact that the cap doesn’t come off easily. That makes it kid-proof and travel friendly.. You all must be wondering what is “Kid-Proof” let me explain, I have a a daughter and she is one year old, she opens up the lipstick caps easily and creates a mess :/ ..
Inglot Lipstick #145 looked like a peachy-pink shade to me. It gives satiny finish. Texture of the lipstick is smooth and glides on easily. Formula is neither drying nor moisturizing. It kind of sits there on the lips, highlighting wrinkles/ fine lines. I am on the fence, neither liked nor disliked it completely. I love glossy formulas but with moisturizing abilities since I have dry lips with fine lines. Satiny or matte formulas generally highlights them.
Staying power is 5 hours, fades after meals. Good part is that it fades away evenly.
This shade would suit fair to medium skintones, might not suite dusky girls. Also girls with dry lips might not find the formula comfortable. Also the price is a bit high in my opinion. I guess they have recently increased it. I would have expected a better formula with more staying power. I might try slim gel lipstick next time.
