I am going through Inglot eyeshadow mania.. buying and storing as many as i can. My recent purchase was

Inglot AMC 50 Eyeshadow - Rs 300 per pan Its a beautiful Red shade .. I know the picture is crappy ! I tried clicking it outdoors but sunlight washed the shade away.

Inglot AMC 50 is a bright Red shade with golden shimmers. Texture is smooth and blends well however Pigmentation is poor :/ I don’t know what I was thinking while picking this shade up.. maybe i had too many neutrals and the brightness of this shade called my name. The shimmer disappears once you blend this color. Due to its sheerness, i would suggest that girls with dark eyelids should apply an opaque eyeshadow base like MAC Paint pots, so that the darkness shouldn’t peek through it.

I had tough time building up this shade. I have to apply numerous layers so that true color could show up. So I wouldn’t give it anything more than 2.7/5

Like I said in my last EOTD, I have step-by-step pictorial ready this time. Hope you girls like it.

Step 1 – Apply an eyeshadow primer, like always I have applied NYX HD Eyeshadow Base

Step 2 – Once you blend the base, apply a Golden shade above crease upto the brow bone. Blend it well. I have used Inglot Pearl 404.

Step 3 - Apply a Burgundy eyeshadow in to the crease using a pencil brush and blend it with the gold shade, blend well using a blending brush. I have used Inglot Pearl 452.

Step 4 - Apply a bright red shade all over your lid, don’t push the shade into the crease much. Build up the intensity by layering up. Blend the red and burgundy shades into the crease using a clean blending brush. I have used Inglot AMC 50.

Step 5 - Apply bit of black eyeshadow into the outer V and blend it in. I have used Inglot AMC 62

Step 6 - Apply a thin line of Black gel liner and wing it out. Apply black Kohl heavily  on water line.

Clean up the fall outs and apply concealer, apply mascara, fill in the eyebrows and done !! Here is the finished look

That’s how it looked without flash

As usual my half face .. I haven’t put any foundation on just MAC Select Cover Up concealer, Sleek Blush in Sunrise and Bharat & Dorris Lipstick in shade 117.

I loved using such a bright shade this time and would definitely grab some more brights and neons .. I tried to create a wearable look with this shade…
