They can keep your scalp healthy which will lead to better tresses.  Heat half a cup of coconut oil and add a teaspoon of amla powder to it. Set them to boil at low flames. Strain the oil and cool it down. You can store it in a container. Apply it on your scalp and massage slowly on your scalp and hair. Leave it overnight and wash it in the morning with a mild shampoo. You can also add amla to your diet. It might taste bitter initially, but you will start loving it gradually.

Fenugreek seeds:

Yes, I am talking about methi. It is known for preventing hair loss and initiating the hair growth. Soak few methi seeds overnight in water. Form a paste in the morning. Add few drops of coconut milk to it. Stir it well and apply on your scalp and hair. Leave it for next 60 minutes and wash it thoroughly with a mild shampoo.
