Forest Essentials Stress Relief Review Price Photos

I am back once more with a review of a product from one of my favourite brands. Most of my skin care and hair care comes from Forest Essentials. And I have never been let down yet. I do experiment with other brands, but I tend to come back to Forest Essentials. It satisfies all my needs. It is a pricy brand, but once you are hooked you can’t settle for anything less. Now let’s come to the product Forest Essentials Stress Relief

Let’s face it; we all have those days when nothing calms us down. I personally don’t have anxiety issues as such, but I go through phases of stressful days, which is normal for everyone. But there are days when the tension translates to higher amounts of stress, loss of sleep and anxiety. I used to try to calm myself with books or music, sometimes food. Firstly, they don’t work all the time and turning to food is not the best option all the time.

When I came across this product I felt it was too good to be true. I mean how can any product; relieve you of or even reduce your tensions. But I still got it coz I thought if it works great, if it doesn’t at least I tried. And to my surprise it helped. And after using it over a year and on the verge of repurchasing, I want to share my experience with you all.

Product Claims:

This contains the pure essential oils which provide calmness and serenity. Lime, Lemon and Peppermint oils bring clarity and focused concentration. Lavender is renowned for its ability to de stress. Stimulating fragrance of Peppermint improves mental relaxation and calmness. A calming blend of Lime, Lavender and Peppermint Essential Oils for de stressing and relaxing your mind, body and soul.

Use on your wrist & temple points for maximum effect.

Packaging:

The product comes in a small travel size thick plastic bottle with a nozzle to spray. The bottle is quite travel friendly, but make sure to keep it upright as sometimes it tends to leak.

My Experience

The product comes in a spray form. You need to spray it on your wrist and temples. But I also like spraying it behind my ears. It has a perfume like consistency. And a very sharp citrusy fragrance.  Forest Essentials Stress Relief smells strongly of lime. You can smell the other ingredients, but lime takes the lead. Once I spray it I lie down and close my eyes. It’s not some magical potion that it wills poof your stress.

But, slowly and gradually it calms me the down. The smell relaxes my brain, gives a fresh aroma and calms my senses. I won’t say that I forget my tensions or problems, coz that’s not possible. But its tends to slowly relax and calm my mind and body. And since I mostly use it before I go to sleep, it slowly induces sleep without all the clutter that’s going on in my brain. It takes an hour or so to help me fall asleep.

The smell lingers a bit more than that say about 2 to 2 n half hours. And that’s usually enough time for it to do the job. Apart from nights when I am doing a pamper session with my masks and stuff I use this to relax myself too. I don’t how it will work with all or if everyone will like the fragrance. But it certainly does for me.

Forest Essentials Stress Relief takes me to a much relaxed state and I feel much lighter and find it much easier to sleep. Though, I would recommend you to try it at the store, especially for the fragrance before buying it. I love it a lot. I am going to pick up my second bottle soon. I have also picked up the Tranquil Sleep version of it and I will share my views about it soon.

Overall Thoughts

Forest Essentials Stress Relief – Mental Stress reliever is definitely a lifesaving product for me. On many nights and occasions it has helped me bring down my mental barriers and allowed me to have a decent sleep. I totally love this product. The only con I would say is the price. It’s expensive for the amount of product. But since you don’t need to use it every day or all of it, it’s not much of a con.
