L’Oreal White Perfect Magic White Double Whitening Day & Eye Cream

Who doesn’t want spotless skin? I do, dark spots that acne leaves behind are quite stubborn and don’t go. I don’t really support fairnes & whitening craze but some of the products do help brighten up the dull complexion and fight dark spots. Recently I got a chance to test out two of the newest launches by L’Oreal Paris –  L’Oreal White Perfect Magic White Double Whitening Day & Eye Cream.

What made me more interested was its instant brightening claims, so I decided to give it a test and see how true those claims are. Lets see what brand says –

The White Perfect Range is a one stop skin care and radiance solution for women. It is customized to provide instant radiance to the skin in 5 seconds and ensure natural and healthy looking skin in just 4 weeks! The new additions to the range takes care of various skin care issues that women face while dealing with the ever changing weather and increasing levels of pollution.

Range consists of White Perferct Magic White Double Whitening Cream with SPF 19. I prefer day creams with spf so there is no need of an additional layer of sun protection. Specially when you are using products that claim spot lightening & brightening you must never forget applying spf during the day. The day cream comes in a sleek tube with a narrow nozzle. The formula has a pearl finish so it surely ads up instant glow to the skin, pearl particles reflect light that falls on the surface of the skin, reducing dullness and appearance of uneven-tone.

I apply a pea size amount to my face and neck which is more than enough otherwise it leave a white cast, which of course doesn’t look flattering. Texture of cream is non-greasy and feels comfortable on the skin.

I haven’t used it for more than a week now, so wouldn’t be doing an in-depth review at the moment. 

The Eye cream is slightly pale in color and has gold flecks/ fine shimmers which catch and reflect light, reducing appearance of shadows. The texture of cream is quite smooth, almost silicon like, I wonder if it has one in it. It quickly sinks into the skin without leaving any oily residue.

I hope you can see the instant difference, right side looks much smoother and visibly brighter. However it doesn’t make me fair by any chance. I will report back with an in-depth review in 3 weeks.
