First Impressions : Himalaya Premium Skin Care Range

This was the first products I put to use. It has a gel texture and very light weight formula, perfect for those with combination – oily skin. Gel Cream instantly smoothens out skin and provides much needed hydration without leaving sticky – greasy residue. Due to its gel texture , it works quite well under makeup as well. When you want to moisturize your skin without looking oily. Cream has a faint scent which is quite pleasant.

It is enriched with Barbary fig which has polysaccharides that is known as an essential ingredient to keep skin moisturised. Winter Melon exhibits anti-oxidant properties that keeps skin healthy, protected and rejuvenated.

I love using a day cream that offers UV protection because layering a sunscreen over moisturizer isn’t my preference. My skin is acne prone and layering often causes congestion & break outs. Himalaya Clear Complexion Whitening Day Cream looked like a thick cream in jar however when applied it instantly absorbed into the skin. It doesn’t leave any white cast behind like some other creams with UV protection do. Also unlike other brightening creams , this one hasn’t broken me out. Formula is non greasy & offers almost matte finish. At the same time it moisturizes the skin and takes care of dry patches. Its too early to say anything about the whitening part.
