We indian bloggers always crib that there aren’t many affordable bronzers available here. We don’t have many choices as far as budget makeup is concerned. I love using bronzer, without it my makeup is never complete. As far as highlighter is concerned I limit its use to parties & weddings. Faces Cosmetics has recently launched two new products in Ultime Pro range and both are affordably priced. I have been testing out Faces Ultime Pro Illuminating & Bronzing Powder for almost 2 weeks now and will share my views on them today.
Faces Ultime Pro Illuminating & Bronzing Powders come in round plastic compacts with clear lids. The lid has the name of the product written on. I was quite surprised with the quantity as well, 9 g ! which is quite good for the price you pay i.e. Rs 650 each.
Faces Ultime Pro Illuminating Powder
The highlighting powder is gold toned and perfect for indian skin tones. The yellow is not too golden and thats why it should look good on everyone. Powder is quite shimmery but looks absolutely gorgeous post application. I don’t see the powder kicking off or fall outs during application. Also the glow it provides is gorgeous ! I use it with a small brush and apply along the high points of face – cheek bones, nose tip & centre of forehead. It doesn’t look glittery when applied.
Faces Ultime Pro Bronzing Powder
The bronzing powder is warm but not orange, which is what made me happy. It isn’t a matte formula, and has a slight sheen to it. I personally prefer matte bronzers but since the formula doesn’t have chunky glitters, I guess it can work as good as a matte bronzer. There are times when I don’t apply a blush, especially during day time, such bronzers add warmth and sheen without making you look too made up.
Formula of the bronzer is also quite smooth and not at all powdery or gritty. I use it with a big fluffy brush, on the perimeters of my face and thats all ! The shade is medium and wouldn’t show up much on deeper skin tones.
Both Faces Ultime Pro Illuminating & Bronzing Powders come in only one shade. I hope the brand adds more shades in bronzer.

Overall Thoughts
I am quite enjoying Faces Ultime Pro Illuminating & Bronzing Powders. The quantity you get for the price is amazing ! The formula of both the products is smooth with no fall outs. These are available online as well as in stores.
