Estee Lauder Tumultuous Pink Pure Color Envy Sculpting Lipstick (Rs 2350)
It always happens with me, I like a formula and then keep on buying different shades of lipsticks from the same range. I loved Estee Lauder Irresistible Lipstick , hence went ahead and got another beautiful shade- Tumultuous Pink. Packaging is pretty and classic, Blue & Gold. It has a metallic cap which clicks shut nicely.
Color with the power to transform your lips, your look, your attitude. Intensifies. Sculpts. Hydrates. High-intensity color. Super creamy, sensually soft and smooth, luxuriously comfortable.
Shade – Estee Lauder Tumultuous Pink is a bright Fuchsia pink. Its deeper than how it appears in the picture above. Its a beautiful bright shade that brightens up the complexion and perfect for those days when I don’t feel like applying makeup and only need statement lips . This shade has also won Best Of Beauty 2014 Allure Awards.
Texture & Formula – Buttery smooth, which glides on without tugging or pulling is How I would describe the formula of Tumultuous Pink. I have dry lips and long wearing lipsticks scare me like anything, because generally their formulas are drying and make my lips drier than what they generally are. But that’s not the case with Estee Lauder Pure Color Envy Lipsticks. Formula is very moisturizing and finish is quite creamy.
If you like it to me semi-matte, dab some loose powder on your lips after you apply with lipsticks and it will soak up the shine. It doesn’t settle into fine lines of my lips and makes them appear smooth. My lips do get dry after 4-5 hours, when the formula completely wears off and leaves stain behind. I apply a layer of lip balm to keep my lips from looking chapped.
Pigmentation – Very Very Pigmented. Estee Lauder Tumultuous Pink is amazingly pigmented. One stroke is enough to cover lips and camouflages any pigmentation or discoloration that you might have.
Staying Power – Tumultuous Pink stays on for good 5 hours and leaves a strong fuchsia pink stain, which stays on for another 2 hours and doesn’t go away completely even by end of the day. I have to use an oil based remover to remove it completely.
Overall Thoughts
Estee Lauder Pure Color Envy Lipstick range is a must try in my opinion. There are number of shades to choose from and its one of their best sellers as well. Tumultuous Pink is a beautiful bright fuchsia which is perfect for summers, and brightens up the complexion. Staying power and pigmentation is amazing and its worth every penny.

This shade’s been on my list for a while now..but somehow I’m not really buying much makeup these days except for an occasional need-based stuff or two..But yeah, maybe I should just visit a store someday and pick up this pretty lipstick..
